Through a detailed brand discovery process with the client - Elegance Sculpting - we uncovered the King Protea flower which embodied the essence of this company's brand. The brand stands as an expression of the transformation women go through through their services.

Along with logo's, stationary and patterns, we created a newspaper ad to start them off on the right foot in their neighbourhood, along with custom artwork to hang in their new clinic.

House, Home + Beyond is a new Realtor that wanted an identity that would speak to the cottage industry. 

We slyly incorporated HH+B into a solid, continuous logo that is both strong and welcoming. 

House, Home + Beyond's stationary package came with a logo, colour identity, typeface, business card, letterhead and an envelope.

Simcoe Associates is a boutique private bodyguard / security service detail provider in the GTA.

Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation seeks to improve the lives of the next generation of Jamaicans by creating a world-class education system through investment in infrastructure, resource materials and expertise.

To date, Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation has raised more than $1,500,000 thanks to our generous sponsors and donors - and we're still going strong!

We designed their website to speak to the lighter side of the organizations mission, while maintaining a professional public image. 

Syneron Candela - also known as Syneron Medical Ltd. - is a public company, that develops and markets aesthetic medical products. Its product line includes devices for hair removal, wrinkle treatment, and skin rejuvenation.

These tent cards were created for a promotion during a trade show event.

In a short 3 month period, we were thrilled to work with Tennis Canada on a variety of Marketing initiatives and creatives including stadium signage, print and digital advertising, social media, the Rogers Cup App, and more.

Mummu Cycling is a leading Tour de France operator, based out of Melbourne, Australia. 

We've worked with them on projects such as web adverts, postcard mailers and posters. 

Client: Love Your Place

This logo and stationary was designed for a new staging company, Love Your Place. 

The owner wanted their logo to be an identifier for the industry, and the colours needed to give the consumer the feeling of luxury and security.

She splurged on double sided letterhead and went for a simple envelope, but added some flair by printing her logo on an envelope seal. Although the luxury business cards are sturdy and feature a spot UV gloss on her chair logo, we sourced her an affordable online option.

For this project, we created a simple catalogue that showcased their popular souvenir items, and maximized imaging to promote their products.

In addition to the catalogue, a 'free shipping' offer was included with the mail-out, along with an order form and price list.

Project: Promo flyer for Holland souvenirs

The Netherlands missed out on Euro Cup 2016, but they are still one of the most popular countries in terms of souvenir sales. Even though they couldn't be included in the Euro 2016 Wholesale Catalogue, they still deserved their own attention. 

This four page bi-fold flyer was created on a tabloid size paper, and mailed out to clients via letter mail along with the price list and order form.

Client: Badminton Canada & The Federation of Badminton Clubs

Project: 2014 Badminton Pan Am Championships

The 2014 Badminton Pan Am Championships were a test event for the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto, Canada. 

This client required an entire branding identity - logo design, souvenir shirt, web design, and poster.

We delivered a fresh and vibrant look that linked the event not only to the Pan Am Games, but to the Federation of Badminton Clubs who were organizing the event. 

LOGO

The organizers requested only one thing; that we include an element of their organization - the Federation of Badminton Clubs. 

The Federation's branding consists of the same colours, and since the 2015 Pan Am Games logo is also colourful in nature, we used that to link all three together - which was an unexpected bonus to our client. 

The playfulness of the shuttles moving in a circle represents the power that this event has in bringing people together from all over the Pan America's. That symbolism spoke to the organizers and this was the starting point to the rest of the design work.

WEB DESIGN 

The website featured a third party ticketing system, but needed a systematic way to layout in the information so that it was easy to read and simple to understand. 

Quick navigation under the banner sends the user to either the main ticket area, or to the bottom where the passes are available.

The colour scheme mimics the colours found in the logo and Google Fonts were used in the body copy.

POSTER

The organizers specifically requested an 8.5x11 poster and that all the information given was included in the design. 

We incorporated the same ticket information boxes in the poster that are found on the website, to visually link the two together.

SOUVENIR SHIRT

This shirt was created in two different colours to sell as a souvenir to the participants and fans. 

It features a custom design, and sublimation printing on a dry-fit shirt and sold for $25 at the event.

OFFICIALS JACKET

The badminton officials needed an identifier to wear at both the Pan Am Championships and the 2015 Pan Am Games. As the gyms get chilly when you are not actively participating in an event, these soft-shell micro-fleece jackets were sourced, designed and embroidered for this client.

T-SHIRT DESIGN

In addition to the souvenir shirts required for the event, an affordable volunteer t-shirt was also designed and supplied for this client. 

The slope of the artwork mimics the slope of the souvenir shirt, to bring symmetry to those walking around at the event. 

PROGRAM

A souvenir program was designed and printed for this client, in both french and english. 

The french translation was provided, along with the printing, and delivered to the client.

Project: Mental Toughness Workshops

Mental Toughness Inc. is a company led by Sport Psychologist Kara Zakrzewska, that enables both amateur and professional athletes to overcome mental blocks and Perform on Purpose. 

This series of posters were created to promote her workshops in multiple sports, in multiple countries. We produced both a print ready, and web ready 2-page flyer with live links to maximize the call to action.

Project: Company folder with integrated brochure

This custom folder / brochure features both spot UV gloss and a cut-out on the front cover, and is used by the client to deliver custom quotations to his clients. In addition to the folder, the client requested a custom letterhead / quote package to include in the pockets of the folder. The back of one of the letterheads features the clients contact information which peaks out of the die-cut square on the front.

Client: Psych out the Stigma

Psych out the Stigma is a volunteer based group promoting the awareness of Mental Health Issues in Sport. 

We worked with them pro-bono to create a useable logo that reflected both the athletic side and awareness side - hence blowing the whistle - that would help promote their cause.

Project: Brochure and Postcard to hand to potential donors

Our goal was to create an engaging and interactive brochure. As the brochure unfolded [ the triangles you see in the first image unfold from the centre ] it created a unique experience for the beholder while telling a story about the success of badminton in Canada. 

We created a matching postcard, the same size as the folded brochure, that doubles as a mail in for donors.

Both were small enough for someone to put in the pocket of their suit jacket.

This online magazine was created for Badminton Canada, the leading non-profit badminton association in Canada.

It promotes their major areas of focus including tournaments, athletes, officials, coaches and policies. The magazine is featured on Pilo Mobile which requires a membership log-in to access. All members of Badminton Canada were given access to this magazine.

The United Way's Annual Report is used to reflect on the accomplishments and financial outcomes of the previous fiscal year, while also attracting new donors to their cause.

This report was created to showcase the addition of organization and infographics to editorial layout. The content is laid out in a manner that makes for light reading for the average viewer. I re-organized their financial statements to highlight key information and compartmentalized the different statements to stand on their own. 

In addition to the report, I added a fold out centrefold map that allows the reader or potential donor to see what areas of Toronto the funds that year had been allocated to, something not previously offered but something that adds great value to the package.

This report features die cut tabs to separate the four sections, and a card stock cover.

Esquire Magazine is a men's magazine. It is your destination for the latest news headlines, political developments, celebrity interviews, mens fashion advice, and food & drink recipes.

In this Toronto Edition, I was the creative director behind the magazine's content and styling. Local model Brendan Wong was photographed for the cover and inside fashion spread.

Pringles is a long-standing brand, that dominates the stacked potato chip market. 

This concept was created to highlight its position in the marketplace, and stand out on the shelves of markets everywhere in order to attract new customers and gain attention. 

The limited-edition square box is designed with a "push-up" bottom that enables the user to push the chips out, rather than reach in or shake them out. 

The package was manufactured to produce an actual sample.

Tropicana is an American mulit-national company that primarily makes fruit beverages. 

We created this series of advertisements to help consumers remember the value of the product when shopping amongst competing brands in stores. It features the 'new' lunch size bottles - perfect for the little ones' lunches.

The tag lines tug at the consumers heart strings, connecting them to their children and childhood, and the copy gives them peace of mind knowing that the product is healthy. They are able to find more information on the nutritional elements of the product at the bottom of the ad.
