First Impression Rentals is a rental upgrades company that helps landlords maximize the rental income in their properties. They needed an identity that spoke to its unique place in the industry, while representing fresh interior style. 

Because the companies appeal is unique, and a mix between a staging / renovations / contracting company, we sought to find a subtle way to best represent them without getting visually tangled with other industries. 

The use of the fir tree branch was a happy result of the careful development and selection of the company name FIR - First Impression Rentals.
